Ep 24: What Does it Mean to Be a Successful Entrepreneur?
What does it mean to be a successful entrepreneur? Throughout my coaching and talking to entrepreneurs, there is a hidden expectation – “I want to be successful” – but no one really talks about success and failure.
In this short episode, I provide my insights on success and failure. I discuss “success/failure” from both the investor’s point of view and the founders. I share a personal story about my relationship with success and failure; and my philosophy that success for entrepreneurs is about pursuing a “meaningful struggle.”
